# Common problems

## The button does not appear in my store

1. Go to **Apps → Releasit COD Form → Settings** and confirm that the form is active.
2. Open a **product page**. The form does not appear on the home page or in categories.
3. Reload without cache: Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac.
4. Wait a few seconds and reload the page without cache (Ctrl + Shift + R or Cmd + Shift + R).
5. Try another browser or incognito mode to rule out extensions that block scripts.

If it still does not appear, write to us with the product URL and the name of your theme.

## The button appears but the form does not open

This is usually a conflict with another app that changes the product page. Temporarily disable other product-page apps and try again. Write to us with the names of the apps you have installed.

## The form looks broken or misplaced

- Switch between popup and embedded in the **Form Designer** and see which fits your theme better.
- Adjust the form width and colors in the designer.
- If you use a custom theme, write to us with a screenshot.

## The order does not appear in Tiendanube

1. Check the date range of the filter in Sales.
2. Look at the app **Dashboard**. If the order is there, write to us with the date and time.

## The order arrived with the wrong variant or quantity

The form takes the variant and quantity the customer chose on the product page before opening the form. Ask the customer to confirm the variant before clicking the button, or show the quantity selector inside the form.

## The form says the product is not available

The product or variant has no stock in Tiendanube. Check the product inventory.

## I received a fake or test order

Cash on delivery attracts fake orders. Recommendations:

- Make the phone required and confirm by WhatsApp before shipping.
- Cancel the order in Tiendanube like any other.

## I reached my plan limit

The form pauses until you change plan or the next month starts. Read [Plans, limits and billing on Tiendanube](https://help.releas.it/en/article/plans-limits-and-billing-on-tiendanube-ihd824/).

## I cannot find my problem

Write to support+tienda@releas.it. Include your store URL, the product where you tested and a screenshot. We reply in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
