How to Add and Manage Tracking Pixels (Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel) in the App
Tracking pixels allow you to monitor user behavior, track conversions, and optimize ad performance on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. This guide explains how to add tracking pixels in the app, enable advanced tracking features, and manage multiple pixels without duplicating events.
Open the Releasit app.
Navigate to the Settings & Integrations page.
Go to the Pixels section.
Click on "Add Item" and select the type of pixel you want to add.

The app supports multiple tracking pixel types, including:
Facebook Pixel
TikTok Pixel
Google Ads Tracking
Other third-party pixels
For more accurate tracking and better data collection, you can enable additional tracking methods:
Facebook Conversions API – Sends tracking data directly to Facebook’s servers, improving data accuracy.
Google Ads Tracking – Enables more precise conversion tracking for Google Ads campaigns.
To enable these features, follow the tutorials provided in the Settings and Integrations section of the app.

You can add multiple pixels of the same type (e.g., more than one Facebook Pixel) if needed.
If you have already added tracking pixels in Shopify, adding them again in Releasit will not duplicate tracking events. The system ensures events are sent correctly without recording duplicates.
After adding your pixels, use Facebook Pixel Helper or TikTok Pixel Helper browser extensions to check if tracking events are firing correctly.
Run a test order and monitor your ad platform’s event manager to confirm data is being received.
