How to Edit an Order from Releasit in Shopify
If you need to make changes to an order processed through Releasit, Shopify does not allow direct modifications to existing orders. However, you can edit an order by duplicating it, making the necessary changes, and converting it into a new order.
This guide will walk you through the steps to edit an order in Shopify while ensuring accuracy in your records.
Open Shopify Admin Panel.
Navigate to Orders and locate the order you want to modify.
Click on Duplicate Order to create a copy of the existing order as a draft.

Note: The duplicated order will appear as a Draft Order in Shopify.
Open the Draft Order that was just created.
Modify any details, including:
Product quantity or variant
Customer details
Discounts or shipping rates

Tip: Double-check the modifications before proceeding to the next step.
Once the edits are complete, click on Mark as Paid or Send Invoice to confirm the new order.
This action will convert the draft order into a regular order in Shopify.
