# How to Enable Cash on Delivery (COD) Only for Local Pickup Orders

This tutorial will guide you through the steps to display the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method only for orders with local pickup in your Shopify store. This configuration ensures that customers will only see the COD option if they choose local pickup during checkout.

# Step-by-Step Instructions

### Step 1: Install the Releasit Cash On Delivery App

* To manage payment method visibility rules, install the Releasit Cash On Delivery COD app from the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/cash-on-delivery-fee).

### Step 2: Open the “Limit COD” Page in the App

* After installing the app, open it from your Shopify admin and go to the **Limit COD** section.

### Step 3: Enable COD for Local Pickup Only

* Scroll down and find the setting “Show cash on delivery only for local pickup orders.” Enable this option.

### Step 4: Save and Test

* Once this setting is enabled, COD will only appear as a payment option when the customer selects Local Pickup during the shipping step of checkout.
