How to Integrate Releasit with Google Sheets to Automatically Import Orders

Releasit provides an integration with Google Sheets that allows you to automatically export and view your COD form orders in a spreadsheet. This is especially useful for order management, tracking, and sharing data with your team or logistics providers.

What This Integration Does

Once configured, this integration sends all new orders from Releasit directly to your connected Google Sheet. Each row in the sheet will represent a new order, including key details such as:

Customer name
Phone number
Address
Product information
Quantity
Total price
Order status
UTM tracking data (if enabled)

This allows you to manage orders outside of Shopify if needed, or sync the data with other platforms.

How to Set It Up

To set up the integration between Releasit and Google Sheets, follow the step-by-step instructions in this video tutorial:

How to test the integration
How to troubleshoot common issues

Note: You’ll need a Google account and basic familiarity with Google Sheets to complete the setup.

Additional Notes

You can edit your Google Sheet to fit your needs, but avoid modifying column headers once the integration is live.
Orders are pushed in real-time as soon as they are submitted via the COD form.
If you disable or remove access from your Google account, the integration will stop working.

If you have any questions or need help with the setup, feel free to contact Releasit support directly from the app.
