How to Limit the Number of Orders from the Same IP Address
To prevent fraudulent or repetitive orders from the same user, you can set limits on how many orders can be placed from a single IP address, phone number, or email within a specified time frame. This guide explains how to configure this restriction using the Fraud Prevention settings in Releasit.
Open the Releasit app.
Navigate to the Fraud Prevention section.
Click on User Blocking to configure order restrictions.

Define the number of orders allowed from the same IP address, phone number, or email within a selected time frame.
Choose the time restriction (e.g., allow only one order per user within a specific number of hours).
This setting ensures that customers cannot place multiple orders within a short period, helping to prevent spam or fraudulent activity.
Click Save to apply the order limit.
Monitor order activity to see if users are attempting to bypass the restriction.
