How to Set Up Shipping Rates Based on Province, State, Governorate, or Wilaya

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to create shipping rates that apply only to specific geographic regions, such as provinces, states, governorates, or wilayas. This is useful if your shipping costs vary depending on the customer's location.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Shipping Rates Section in the App

• Go to the Form Designer **page in Releasit. Scroll to the **Shipping Rates section and click Add rate.

2. Set the Rate Name and Price

• Give your shipping rate a name (e.g. “State A Delivery”) and enter the price you want to charge.

3. Enable the Region-Based Condition

• Activate the option Enable this rate only for specific provinces / states.

4. Choose the Applicable Regions

• Select the provinces, states, governorates, or wilayas where you want this rate to apply. You can select multiple if needed.

5. (Optional) Add Additional Conditions

• If needed, you can add extra conditions to this rate such as based on cart value, quantity, or specific products.

6. Save Your Rate

• Once you’ve configured your shipping rate, save your changes.

How It Works

• When a customer selects their province or state on the form, Releasit will automatically apply the matching shipping rate based on your setup.
