How to Set Up Shipping Rates in the App
Setting up shipping rates allows you to define the delivery costs based on specific conditions such as location, order value, or product weight. This guide explains how to configure shipping rates in the app and apply conditions if needed.
Open the app.
Go to the Form Designer page.
Click on the Shipping Rates section.
Click on " Add Rate" to create a new shipping rate.
After clicking " Add Rate," you can define the parameters for the shipping cost.
Fixed Rate – Set a standard shipping fee that applies to all orders.
Free Shipping – Offer free delivery under specific conditions.
Custom Pricing – Define different rates based on order value, weight, or location.
If you need to set conditions for when a specific shipping rate applies, you can do so in the Conditions section.
Order Value – Apply different shipping rates based on the total price of the order.
Product Weight – Set rates depending on the weight of items in the cart.
Location – Charge different rates for domestic and international orders.
These conditions allow for more accurate pricing based on your shipping requirements.
Click Save to apply the shipping rate changes.
Place a test order to verify that the correct rate appears based on the set conditions.
Adjust the settings if needed.
