Refund Policy


All refund requests are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion. A refund may be granted if one of the following conditions is met.


1. Eligible Scenarios


Early cancellation with minimal usage You may request a refund within 5 days of activating your plan, provided the total orders processed did not exceed the free plan allowance.

Store closure during a billing cycle If your store was closed during an active billing cycle and the form received no traffic during that 30-day period, you may be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to verify the closure period and related activity before issuing any refund.

No orders during a billing cycle If the app was active during a billing cycle but no orders were submitted through the form, you may be eligible for a refund.


2. Important Limitations

  • Refund requests apply only to the current, active billing period unless your situation falls under the store closure or zero-order scenarios described above.
  • Refunds will not be issued for prior billing periods outside of those scenarios.



3. Annual Plans

If a refund for an annual plan is approved, the refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the monthly plan price for each month the app was active. The remaining balance will be refunded.


4. Right to Deny

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
