How does The AI Product Recommender work?

The Display AI Recommendations in the Form feature allows you to show recommended products directly inside the form, right below the items the customer already has in their cart. This feature uses an AI service to suggest relevant products and help increase the average order value.

Step 1: Access the Form Settings

• Open the Releasit app.
• Go to the Form Designer page.
• Click on add field element.

Step 2: Add AI Recommendations

• Select the option AI Product Recommender.
• Click save.

Step 3: Check the Recommendations in the Form

• Open the form in your store.
• Verify that the recommendation block appears below the products in the cart.
• Make sure customers can add recommended products to the cart by clicking the corresponding button.
• If the block doesn’t appear, it may be because the AI service did not return results at that moment.
