How to Add an Image to Your Custom Thank You Page Message

Customizing your Thank You Page with images can help reinforce your brand, provide additional instructions, or enhance the post-purchase experience. In Releasit, you can add images to your custom Thank You Message by uploading them to Shopify and embedding them in the message editor.

This guide walks you through the process of uploading an image and adding it to your custom Thank You message.

Step 1: Upload Your Image to Shopify Files

Open your Shopify Admin Panel.
Navigate to Settings > Files to access Shopify’s file storage.

Step 2: Upload the Image

Click the Upload files button.
Select the image you want to use for your Thank You Page message.






Tip: Use a high-resolution image for better display quality, but ensure the file size is optimized for fast loading.

Step 3: Copy the Image URL

Once uploaded, locate your image in the Files section.
Click on the image and copy the file URL.

Step 4: Open the Thank You Message Editor in Releasit

Open the Releasit app.
Navigate to the Settings & Integrations page.
Find the Thank You Message section.
Click on the image icon in the message editor.

Step 5: Add the Image to the Thank You Message

Paste the image URL into the image insertion field.
Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 6: Verify the Image on Your Thank You Page

Complete a test order in your store.
Check if the image appears correctly in the Thank You Page message.






If the image is not displaying, double-check that:
The image URL is correct.
The file is publicly accessible in Shopify Files.
