How to Enable Discount Codes on the Form

Adding discount codes to your form allows customers to apply promotions and special offers at checkout. This feature integrates directly with Shopify’s discount system, ensuring that all eligible discounts are applied automatically. This guide explains how to enable and configure discount codes in the Form Designer section of the app.

Step 1: Enable Discount Codes in the Form Designer

Open the Releasit app.
Navigate to the Form Designer page.
Locate the Discount Codes block.
Click on the eye icon to activate the discount field on the form.





Once enabled, the discount field will be visible on the form, allowing customers to enter promo codes before completing their order.

Step 2: Shopify Discount Code Integration

The app automatically syncs with the discount codes created in your Shopify store. To manage discount codes:

Open Shopify Admin.
Go to the Discounts section.
Create or edit discount codes as needed.





Customers will only be able to apply valid Shopify discount codes that match the conditions set in your Shopify discount settings.

Step 3: Test the Discount Code Field

Open your store and complete a test checkout.
Enter a valid discount code in the form.
Ensure that the discount is applied correctly before order submission.
