How to Enable OTP Verification for Phone Numbers in Releasit

Step 1: Open the Releasit App



Log in to your Shopify Admin Panel.
Open the Releasit COD Form & Upsells app.

Step 2: Enable OTP Verification



Navigate to Fraud Prevention > User Verification in the app.
Locate the OTP Verification for Phone Numbers option.
Enable the setting to activate OTP verification.



How It Works:


When a customer enters their phone number on the COD form, they receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS.
The customer must enter the OTP to verify their number before proceeding with the order.

Step 3: Save Changes & Test the Feature



Click Save to apply the settings.
Open your checkout form and place a test order to ensure OTP verification works correctly.

Done! OTP verification is now enabled for all customers.
