Form does not pull products from Cart page

If the form is not adding products from the cart or to the cart, please make sure you do the following:

2. Open the app inside Shopify
3. Open Settings and Integrations
4. Open General
5. Click on option to add all products to the Cart inside Product pages settings as shown on the screenshot
