How to create a Product Bundle offer in Releasit Bundles

Releasit Bundles allows you to create Product Bundle offers — a fixed, pre-set combination of different products sold together at a single discounted price. You define exactly what's included and at what price.

The customer sees one clear offer and buys the whole bundle in one click.

When enabled, the Product Bundle widget appears on your product page, showing customers the included products and the savings they get by buying them together.

Step 1 – Open Releasit Bundles

• Open the Releasit Bundles app from your Shopify admin.
• Click Create Offer.

Step 2 – Enter Basic Information

• In the Basic Information field, enter a name for this offer.
• This name is internal — your customers won't see it. Use something descriptive, like "Daily Skincare Kit". Maximum 150 characters.

Step 3 – Select Your Products

• Under Products, click Select Products.
• Add each product you want to include in the bundle.
• Set the quantity for each product (e.g., 1× Cleanser, 1× Toner, 1× Moisturizer).

⚠️ Unlike Mix & Match, customers cannot change what's in the bundle. What you configure here is exactly what they receive.

Step 4 – Choose Offer Type

• Under Choose Offer Type, select Product Bundle.

Step 5 – Configure Your Offer

Under Configure Your Offer, set the bundle price:

• Choose a Fixed Price for the whole bundle, or
• Set a Percentage Discount off the combined retail price, or
• Set a Flat Discount (e.g., £10 off the total)

✅ The app automatically calculates and displays the original combined price and the saving amount — customers can clearly see what they're getting.

Step 6 – Design & Appearance

Customize how the widget looks on your storefront:

• Theme Selection — Choose one of the 4 available layouts. The Live Preview updates instantly as you make changes.
• Offer Header — The title customers see above the bundle (e.g., "Complete the Set", "Frequently Bought Together").
• Savings Badge — Shown on the widget to communicate the discount (e.g., "Save £12").
• Best Deal Badge — Optional highlight to draw attention to the offer.
• Footer Settings — Optional trust signals below the widget (e.g., "30-day guarantee").

Click Save when done.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I include the same product more than once?

Yes. When selecting products, set the quantity for each line. You can add the same product multiple times if the bundle requires it (e.g., 2× Vitamin C Serum).

2. What if one product in the bundle goes out of stock?

If any product in the bundle has zero inventory, the widget is hidden automatically. It reappears once all products are back in stock — no manual action needed.

3. Can I show the bundle widget on multiple product pages?

Yes. In the display settings you can choose which product pages show the widget. A bundle can appear on the page of any product included in it.

4. How is this different from Mix & Match?

In a Product Bundle the combination is fixed — you decide what's included and the customer buys it as-is. In Mix & Match the customer chooses their own combination. Use Product Bundle when you have a specific curated offer; use Mix & Match when you want to give customers a choice.

5. Will this work with my COD Form?

Yes. When a customer adds a Product Bundle and submits through Releasit COD Form, the discounted bundle price is applied to the order automatically.

6. The discount isn't applying at checkout. What's wrong? Releasit Bundles uses Shopify Functions to apply discounts. Make sure your Shopify plan supports Shopify Functions (Basic plan and above). If the issue persists, contact our support team.
