Offer Types & Combinations

In this article, we'll walk through every offer type the app supports, and how they can be combined to build the exact promotion
you're after.

Quantity Offers (Same Product)

Choose the product you want to discount, then set a per-unit discount that applies as the customer adds more of that same item. This
discount can be a percentage off or a fixed amount off.

Mix and Match

Select several products to include in the offer, and set a discount that applies based on their combined price — again, either a
percentage or a fixed amount. With Mix and Match, the customer chooses which eligible products to include, effectively building
their own version of the bundle.

Product Bundle

A Product Bundle is a fixed, predefined set of products sold together as one offer. Unlike Mix and Match, the contents are locked in
when you create the bundle — customers can't substitute products, and you can't add products outside that original selection later.

Buy X Get Y

You can build a Buy X Get Y offer using either the Mix and Match or Quantity Offer type as your base.

Set up the first tier with 2 products, and apply one of the following:

  • A 50% discount (percentage-based), or
  • A fixed discount equal to the price of 1 product (fixed-amount based) — in effect, "2 for the price of 1"

For each additional tier, double the number of products from the tier before it, keeping the same discount logic:
  • Fixed discount: the discount amount stays equal to one product's original price
  • Percentage discount: stays at 50%

Free gift

  1. Make sure to add Mix and Match offer
  2. Make sure to make the offer as Required Selection in Slot 1

  1. Set your second tier as 100% discount.

In case you are using more than 2 tiers, make sure to select last tier as full discounted product (product will be one of products you have assigned for the offer)
