How to Restore Access to the Releasit COD Form

Step 1: Check the notification in your dashboard


  • In your Releasit dashboard, you will see an orange banner informing you about a temporary service interruption.


Step 2: Click to update the token

  • Inside the banner, click the button to update the token. This is a one-click process.

Step 3: Access is restored automatically


  • Once the token is updated, access to the COD form will be restored immediately, and you can continue using it as usual.
  • No further action is required.
  • Your subscription remains fully active, with no interruptions.
